This was originally designed for systems still in the discovery phase with higher amnesia. Version 1.3 will be solidly for systems with higher communication, although they may still find this version helpful.

Cautionary note: this template has parts of it that are designed to encourage alters that are not yet identified to show themselves and interact via leaving notes and inner world suggestions.
